PROBLEM & SOLUTION

Find the right problem. Build a simple system.

What did we need to solve?

Moving web processes directly onto mobile screens resulted in long forms, complex navigation, and low repeat usage.

The cost of separate iOS and Android development increased further with notification, offline-use, and release-management requirements.

What kind of product did we design?

Critical user tasks were transformed into short mobile journeys, supported by an interface system that adapts to platform behaviors on a shared codebase.

Authentication, notifications, analytics, and offline data needs were addressed in the first stage of the product architecture.

/02 — SCOPE

Technology, deliverables, and timeline.

The product scope was planned to create a verifiable, sustainable foundation that can expand in future releases.

/04 — MEASURABLE OUTCOMES

The value created by the product.

Instead of actual sales or client figures, these are technical and operational outcomes that can be verified within the project scope.
